Well quite, was the reaction of the Frost team,. Of course Alex Bannard, Wellness and Wellbeing Editor, nodded wisely and asked Lianne to share her thoughts with Frost Magazine’s readers, so here we go:
I always say to clients and my members when they are in a bit of a procrastination slump (which we all get by the way), ‘Think now, you going to gain more time later or reduce more time later by making this move?’
Because, when you exercise you are not only burning up some calories and getting some movement in, which we all know is amazing for our health. But you are also building great mental habits and you’re going to feel fantastic for it.

The BUZZ of endorphins is incredible. Exercise makes us feel great which in turn increases our confidence.

Setting small targets in fitness can ultimately help us in our life outside of fitness. It gets us into the goal-orientated lifestyle which is bound to ensure success elsewhere!
