ARRAN Sense Of Scotland have done it again. Just as I’m dreaming of getting out of freezing rain – a weather phenomenon of which I had been blissfully oblivious for my entire life, until yesterday – and warm up in a hot bath, they launch After The Rain Bath Salts.

The salts are packed full of sea salt and magnesium (a fabulous muscle relaxant and great for cramps incidently), with other minerals such as potassium, iron and calcium. Feeling cosy, and totally relaxed now and looking at the driving rain from inside I’m feeling that life is good – was it the fragrance, or the magnesium? Who cares.
