Eclectic and feminine, the Clements Ribeiro style is a direct reflection of such a mix, subverting traditional fashion elements with wit and intelligence, their deceptively simple designs are both easy and unconventional. Colours, prints and materials are used in unexpected, innovative ways. Rather than revelling in excess, their mix and match approach strikes a fine balance between eccentricity and elegance – the designers like calling it ‘studied imbalance’. Their ‘Bohemia’ has become a reference within British Fashion, their influence spread worldwide.
For AW14 Hervé Léger by Max Azria enters the world of technology, diffusing the line between fantasy and reality. Cool shades of blue, black and grey are intensified by luminous orange and a splash of lime. Nature inspired textures are digitally transformed into 3-D jacquards and pixelated metal beading. Contrasting bandages and cage-corset belts frame and define the form. Shielded in arctic furs and exotic feathers, she is fearless and confident. Thigh-high boots with textured metal heels and structured clutches give her a refined edge.
Formed and based in London, Hemyca is a unique, luxury fashion brand started by Helen Clinch and Myra Nigris whilst studying at London College of Fashion.
Between them, they have worked for the likes of Ben de Lisi and Roland Mouret.

London Fashion Week AW14 showcased their Neoteric collection part of the Digital Schedule.
The collection was presented alongside a feature film that was directed by Christopher Butler. The film was made with the concept in mind which explores the fine line between fiction and reality. This was served up with some bright blue cocktails much in keeping with the colour scheme of the current collection.
The collection is a solid colour scheme based on three colours, Midnight Blue, Moonstone Silver and Pitch Black
HEMYCA have indeed kept up their reputation as a label to create sophisticated and demure pieces with great structure. The fabrics are nothing short of luxurious and sexiness; combining intricately feather covered fabrics to patent leather strap panelling, luxury wools and lace.
As you can see throughout the collection, the pieces are tailored, precise and elegant. Capes are a feature as well as beautiful chiffon gowns and below the knee dresses.
There is an incredible sexiness and power that exudes from each of the pieces. Each of the outfits speak for themselves and it’s a wonderful and daring collection. I look forward to their next collection greatly.

Jasper Conran AW14 was both ladylike and businesslike. Made for women who are going to take over the world in their own kick-ass way. Pale pink and black were the colours of this collection: all the clothes were just sublime.

The AW14 collection is inspired by the elusive and erotic side of Japanese culture. The Amanda Wakeley woman has spent the early weeks of winter in Japan, exploring the cities of Tokyo and Kyoto. She is captivated by the diversity of style and the individuality of their subcultures; she is inspired by their confidence and presence. She delves into the rich history of the country learning of the Samurai and the warrior class. She is strong, confident, fearless and poised a contemporary warrior woman. She identifies with the understated seduction of the geisha.

Hervé Léger has been synonymous with glamour and sensuality since its inception in 1985. Reinvented by Max and Lubov Azria and launched in 2007, the Hervé Léger by Max Azria collection maintains the couturier’s heritage while evolving through the Azrias’ distinctive spirit.
The Hervé Léger by Max Azria Fall 2014 collection was inspired by the beauty of nature and animal patterns. Collection colors include shades of warm grey, rich navy, dark greens, with bright pops of color.

Kaelen AW14 Inspiration:
The inspiration began with the softness of nature. Natural elements that mix with innovative and technical is a theme that has been explored throughout past collections and it carries into the AW14 collection. The collection draws on ideas of romance and minimalism while continuing the tradition of androgynous tailoring. Shapes are softer but exaggerated. Graphic, sharp fabrics are mixed with soft, abstract prints. The collection features a new developed print that is meant to feel both digital and natural at the same time. Taking inspiration from mohair textiles and organic mossy textures to create something pixelated and abstract. The print is seen throughout the collection on sheer tulle in black and white as well as stretch cotton against a colour palette of deep purple, silver lavender, pink and orangey red.
Kaelen Haworth is a Canadian living in and running her eponymous label in New York City. While attending Parsons, The New School for Design, Kaelen interned for Jenni Kayne, Stella McCartney and lingerie brand, The Lake & Stars.
One year after graduating,Kaelen launched with a collection shown during New York Fashion week in 2010.
Designing from a minimalist perspective with a focus on subtle details, Kaelen seeks to combine the traditional and the innovative, exploring the dichotomies of masculine and feminine, classic and modern. Kaelen strives to create pieces that are at once intelligent and treasured.
In 2014, Kaelen was selected as 1 of 10 designers in the CFDA’ s {FASHION INCUBATOR} Class 3.0.
